Neighborhood Lots are a new vacant land sales program offered by the DLBA. Only residents within 500 feet of Neighborhood Lots are eligible to purchase. Neighborhood Lots will be sold for $250 and require a Neighborhood Lot Endorsement. For more information, click here.

Search results will not appear until a qualifying address is entered in the search bar. Neighborhoods lots Launched on October 5^th, 2020 with 250 lots. The DLBA will continue to list additional Neighborhood Lots for sale.

The address entered into the home address search field must be the home you own and occupy, and if a different address is indicated or identified in the application process the application will be rejected.
